This is an all out effort for time.

Box Jump, 24/20 in
Back Extension
Chest-to-bar Pull-up
Push Press, 95/65 lbs
AbMat Sit-up
Handstand Push-up 

 Perform this like "Fight Gone Bad," by rotating immediately to the next station every 2 mins, the clock does not stop or reset between stations.
